I love pancakes. I have been making pancakes for as long as I remember, I just cannot get enough. However, with my recent desire to live a more healthy lifestyle, I am increasingly trying to find ways to continue enjoying my staples but in a healthy way. Enter Oatmeal Pancakes. I love this recipe a lot because it allows me to indulge without the bloating and first class guilt that comes with chowing down a stack of pancakes.
